January 2015 saw Pigtek celebrate 15 years of trading!
Since its humble beginnings operating out of a shared office in Chesterfield, the company has flourished, growing in size and moving to new, larger premises in 2009. Pigtek also have 2,100m2 of yard space on hand for undertaking all aspects of pig development and pig verification trials.
Pigtek has remained a small, specialist pigging company focussing on the design and supply of heavy-duty cleaning tools for applications where “standard” or “proprietary” equipment will not perform or is proving to be inefficient. Operating as a small company, Pigtek have retained great flexibility and rapid decision making and response to ensure our clients receive unrivalled customer care.
Since being formed, Pigtek has continued to develop and introduce unique, specialist pipeline pigging products to compliment our on-site pigging services and have now worked successfully with many leading oil and gas majors, spanning all 7 continents.
